Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EzTask, a product of TecniCubes. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing users within their workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

EzTask operates on a prepaid subscription model. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Available plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data or workspace
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TecniCubes. You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, documents, billing records). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service. Upon account termination, you may export your data. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, network issues, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TecniCubes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service is revoked immediately
  • Your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
  • No refund is provided for the remaining period of a prepaid subscription (see Refund Policy)

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
