This Privacy Policy describes how TecniCubes ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use EzTask ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you sign up through a tenant workspace, your tenant administrator provides your initial credentials.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, task activity, and billing actions. This data is used to improve the product and provide support.
Billing Information
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We store transaction records (amounts, dates, plan details) but do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.

3. Data Isolation
EzTask is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant's data is logically isolated. Users from one tenant cannot access another tenant's tasks, billing records, or user information. Provisioning administrators (TecniCubes staff) can view tenant metadata (name, plan, subscription status) for operational purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Hosting (cloud infrastructure), email delivery, payment processing
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When a tenant is deactivated, their data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, secure authentication (JWT), and role-based access controls. See our Security page for details.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data

- Request deletion of your data

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
