Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for EzTask, a product of TecniCubes.

1. Prepaid Model

EzTask operates on a prepaid monthly subscription model. When you subscribe to a plan, you pay for the upcoming billing period in advance. Your subscription provides access to the Service for 30 days from the payment date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies only to first-time subscriptions, not renewals.

Partial Refund (plan downgrade)

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the difference between the old and new plan will be credited to your account as account credit (not a cash refund). This credit is applied to future billing cycles.

No Refund

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals (auto-renew charges after the first month)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Use violations
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment
  • Partial months of usage (we do not prorate unused days)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@tecnicubes.com with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Or contact us through the support page
  • Include your tenant name and subscription date

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

4. Account Credits

In cases where a cash refund is not applicable, we may issue account credits. Credits are:

  • Automatically applied to the next billing cycle
  • Non-transferable between tenants
  • Valid for 12 months from the issue date
  • Not redeemable for cash

5. Plan Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges are made
  • No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after expiration

6. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing@tecnicubes.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 3 business days.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect.
